Description:
This is a Brand New Inside Package Hurricane A/C, Heat & Defrost System with Integrated Switching for Deluxe Control Lever. This System is designed for your 1964 1965 1966 Chevrolet or GMC Pickup Truck. This is an easy to install kit; Custom Mounting Plate attaches Hurricane Unit to the firewall using existing holes in firewall. A/C & Heater fittings pass through the original square blower motor inlet hole with a custom rubber grommet. This Unit retains a majority of the Glove Box and leaves valuable space in the dash for Radio, CD player, Gauges, Amplifiers etc. This is for the Inside Kit ONLY, this kit essentially contains all the components for inside the vehicle. The picture is for the Complete Kit, but not Identical to what you're buying.
The control package is specifically designed to integrate with original Deluxe Lever Style Control. Wire harness plugs into original blower switch, a simple bracket and micro switch is added to operate the Compressor clutch. New Cables are also included to operate the Defrost and Heater Valve functions.
