It includes the gloss black horn button and spring. This beautiful steering wheel is designed to fit most GM steering columns, as well as most after-market steering columns (Flaming River, Ididit, Billet Specialties, etc.). Sometimes its easier to install a GM column in that classic Ford, and now you can keep an original style steering wheel with that GM column. This measure 15" across.
