This is a brand new BOLT ON Mustang II front cross member for your 1935 to 1940 Ford car and 1935 to 1941 Ford Pickup Truck. This cross member is specific for your early Ford, it is not just a universal. This cross member is the building block for starting a Mustang II conversion on your classic Ford car.This bolt on kit features:
Completely bolt on - no welding required
Complete with bolt in boxing plates to reinforce the frame
Interlocking design
Ride height will be approximately 4" lower than the stock front end
Threaded adjusters to fine tune your final ride height
This crossmember requires full lower tubular A-Arms (strutless style). Stock A-Arms that use the strut rods will not work with this crossmember.
This is a great price for a great quality piece. These are recommended for builders only, no installation instructions are included. Please remember, you are working on a 70+ year old car. This crossmember is designed to fit very well, but on something this old, not every bolt is going to line up perfectly. Some fine tuning and adjusting will probably be necessary.
